Allison Nicole Biscoe is an associate in the Dallas office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Ms. Biscoe represents medical providers and healthcare institutions in long-term health care and nursing home negligence for insurers and self-insured clients, she handles medical malpractice actions and represents physicians and other professionals in disciplinary matters before their respective licensure boards.  Her practices involves attending mediations, depositions and hearings, and conducting trials on behalf of clients before both state court an federal court, including the Texas and Oklahoma State Boards of Medical Examiners.  Ms. Biscoe’s practice also encompasses the areas of personal injury, insurance defense, premises liability, general and complex civil litigation and wrongful death actions.

Prior to joining QPWB, Ms. Biscoe practiced at a full-service AmLaw 100 law firm in Dallas where she was a member of the Medical Malpractice and Healthcare Practices Group.  She has extensive knowledge of finance and oversaw a $600+ million budget as budget supervisor for Oklahoma City Public Schools.

Ms. Biscoe received her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in May 2017 and Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in December 2011. While in law school, she served as a judicial legal extern with the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals where she provided legal research for civil cases including banking, hospital billing disputes, real property, medical malpractice and probate controversies.

Ms. Biscoe is licensed to practice law in Texas and Oklahoma. She is also admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Eastern, Southern and Western Districts of Texas; the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
