Michael K. Gore is an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Gore focuses on medical and general liability matters that include medical and dental malpractice, the representation of health care practitioners, acute and long-term care facilities; the defense of catastrophic injuries and wrongful death claims arising from various alleged torts, motor vehicle liability, premises liability, construction site accidents, product liability and insurance defense.
Mr. Gore received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, Davie, Florida in May 2020. While attending, he earned Dean’s List honors, participated in the Civil Field Placement Clinic, and excelled in various courses such as Trial Advocacy and Civil Pre-Trial Practice. Mr. Gore also earned a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University in May 2016, graduating with a major in political science and a minor in Economics.
While in law school, Mr. Gore clerked and summer interned with an insurance defense law firm in Hollywood, Florida where researched and aided with various legal matters regarding the representation of Fortune 500 companies in insurance defense matters, and issues concerning first-party property and third party claims, auto negligence, slip and fall, and maritime vessel claims.
Previously, Mr. Gore was co-founder of a sports-nutrition supplement company, Biowar Nutrition, in Coral Springs, Florida.
Mr. Gore is licensed to practice law in Florida.
