Wesley M. Randolph is an associate in the Tampa office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., where he focuses his practice in the areas of civil litigation and worker’s compensation defense.

Previously, Mr. Randolph served as a summer clerk for the South Carolina State Senate Judiciary Committee where he prepared memoranda and examined legislation for senators on legal issues impacting constituents. Mr. Randolph also clerked for a regional law firm and handled the drafting of legal documents and attended judicial hearings.

Mr. Randolph received his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2017 and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Florida in 2013 graduating with a major in political science. While in law school, he received the CALI Award for academic excellence in Wills, Trusts, and Estates. 

He is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar.
