Luke A. Kiel is an associate in the Tampa office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.  He focuses his practice on long term care, professional liability and general liability.

Prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Kiel was an associate attorney with a regional law firm handling commercial litigation on behalf of servicers and lenders in cases involving real estate law, foreclosure, bankruptcy, title issues and general mortgage lending matters.

Mr. Kiel received his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in May 2012, a Master in Business Administration from Stetson University in May 2012, and a Bachelor of Science, with honors, from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business in May 2009, graduating in business economics and public policy analysis.  While in law school, he received book awards in Contracts and Evidence, and served as a law clerk to a local law firm, updating attorneys on statutory regulations and case law, as well as drafting various motions and memorandums of law. 

Mr. Kiel is licensed to practice law in Florida and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
