Clifford L. Rostin is a partner in the Fort Lauderdale office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.  He focuses his practice on the representation of nationwide and regional insurance carriers in complex first party property claims stemming from insurance coverage disputes, policy interpretation, and the application of policy exclusions.  He is experienced in providing insurance coverage opinions, settlement of claims, and litigating coverage matters on behalf of insurers; and has consulted, litigated and tried claims arising from a wide variety of insurance products for over 20 years, handling all phases of litigation, from pre-trial investigation through trial practice and appeal. 

As senior litigation attorney with various South Florida law firms, prior to joining QPWB, Mr. Rostin served as national and regional counsel in the defense of claims pertaining to Florida no-fault insurance litigation, personal injury protection, business litigation and arbitration involving professional liability claims, and policy rescission in matters based upon material misrepresentation in policy applications.  Mr. Rostin has served as counsel in evaluating insurance coverage issues on claims for premise liability, business income, construction defect, maritime law, commercial cargo, Title VII matters, ERISA, disability policies, and in general negligence disputes and subrogation matters.  He has served as national counsel to Global and Fortune 500 property and casualty insurance companies handling cases throughout the southeastern United States including Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, and Mississippi since he commenced private practice in 1997.

Mr. Rostin received his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law, Miami, Florida in May 1997 and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston University in May 1991.  He is a candidate for a Master of Arts degree in Economics from Florida Atlantic University.

Mr. Rostin is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar.
