Joyce C. Albert is an associate in the Ft. Lauderdale office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. She focuses her practice in the areas of premises liability, long-term care defense, general liability, automotive liability claims, insurance coverage disputes, professional malpractice and workers' compensation defense in both state and federal courts.
A graduate of the University of South Alabama, Ms. Albert earned a Bachelor of Science in 1998 and she received her Juris Doctorate in 2003 from Stetson College of Law. While in law school, she served as secretary of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers and was treasurer of the Business Law Society.
Ms. Albert is a member of The Florida Bar; she is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Prior to joining Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer in 2008, Ms. Albert was an associate with Roberts, Reynolds, Bedard & Tuzzio, P.A., and previously with Walton, Lantaff, Schroeder & Carson, LLC.
