 Hugh
L. Wood, Jr. was both
a founding partner and the managing partner at Quintairos,
Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. He practiced from the
firm's Miami office. His areas of practice included commercial
litigation, insurance defense, medical malpractice,
and nursing home defense litigation.
A graduate of the University of
Miami, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Economics in 1982, Mr. Wood earned a Juris Doctor (Cum
Laude) from the University of Miami in 1994. He served
as Managing Editor of the University of Miami Law Review.
He first practiced law in Miami
with Steel Hector & Davis, where he focused on commercial
litigation.
